Macmillan & Co., 1921 -1923 1921. Full Leather. VG++. Pocket Classics reprints, 11 x17.5 cm full red leather with gilt stamped titles within a floral boarder to the front and titles and gilt decoration to the spine and all have a gilt top edge. The novels are all printed on india paper and have 40 black and white illustrations by Hugh Thomson with the exception of Pride and Prejudice which is illustrated by Charles E Brock. All also have a silk ribbon book mark. A lovely little set with just a little very light pushing to some corners and a hint of rubbing to the head of the spine of Northanger Abbey which also has a slightly mottled appearance to the boards in a certain light. Internally clean, without name, inscription or bookplate and just a very little toning to the endpapers of Northanger Abbey and Mansfield Park.
