FOURTH EDITION 1928, PUBLISHER'S DELUXE LEATHER EDITION, 8vo, original publisher's deep blue deluxe morocco, double ruled gilt border with floral ornament to corners and gilt vignette at centre to upper cover, gilt floral decoration, 5 gilt vignettes, gilt rules and lettering to spine, all edges gilt, illustrated pink endpapers, pages: x, (2), 103. Illustrated throughout by E.H. Shepard. No inscriptions, slightest faint browning to half-title, blank reverse of final page and rear endpapers (see images), a Fine clean sharp copy, lacking original glassine wrapper and lacking original box. Now housed in a Fine sturdy custom-made clamshell box lined in pink velvet, covered in dark red cloth with gilt rules and gilt lettering to spine. First published in 1927.
