Reprint. 130pp with 32 plates in full colour and 16 plates in monochromes and 16 photographs. Illustrated endpapers. In pale blue cloth-covered boards with deep blue letterings (boards a little rounded at corners and spine ends, thin line of fading along top edge). Inscription of front endpapers, else internally neat, clean, bright and tight. In its original, illustrated dust jacket (a little chipped and nicked at edges, bumped on rear lower edge, enclosed in an old mylar wrapper, somewhat crudely applied with now disintegrating Sellotape). 24mo.
