New York: Harper & Row, 1965. Red cloth at spine ends is faded. Textblock is tight and square. No markings. Price intact jacket has faint dampstain on inside bottom where some of the red from spine has bled through a bit at both spine ends. It is not obvious, though, as jacket has pink and red stamping onfront panel and spine. Light soiling and wear to rear panel. Overall, a solid copy. In mylar. . First American Edition. Cloth. Very Good Plus/VG-. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
