The Odyssey of Homer - Done Into English Prose (ca 1932) by Homer (Ὅμηρος) - 1932: Originally owned by Hattie H.W. Boaz @ Hampton Institute

This book, part of the MacMillan Pocket Classics, presents very minor wear from normal use, especially on the corners. There is light toning on the page edges, as one would expect in a nearly 90 year old book. The original owner's name was penned on the inside front & rear covers. Aside from this, there are no other signs or marks, writing or stains.
This book was originally used by Hattie Winston Boaz, while she was a student at the Historically Black College, Hampton Institute in Virginia in the 1930s. Lonnie was married to Lonnie Boaz Sr., and was the mother of Lonnie Boaz Jr.,who would become physician, as would Lonnie Boaz III.
