FFEP inscribed in green ink by previous owner, C.G. Holmes. Minor general shelfwear to red cloth bound boards. Jacket has noticeable edgewear. Small tears and chipping to jacket edges. Fold out maps are in fine conditon. Brodart wrapped. Volume Two: Third Printing May 1958. FFEP inscribed in ball point by previous owner, C.G. Holmes. Minor edgewear to red cloth bound boards. Jacket has noticeable shelfwear and edgewear. Small tears and chipping to jacket edges. Very small bend to upper corner pages. Fold out maps are in fine condition. Brodart wrapped. Volume Three: dated 1960. FFEP inscribed by previous owner, C.G. Holmes. Minor edgewear to red cloth bound boards. Jacket has noticeable shelfwear and edgwear. Chipping to jacket edges. Head, foot and middle of jacket spine have some areas of missing paper to the jacket. Sunning to spine of just vol 3. Brodart wrapped. Photos are available upon request. All three volumes are nice and tight copies!

Ottawa: Edmond Clouter. Hardcover. Very Good/Good +. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Volume I: Six Years of War; Volume II: The Canadians in Italy 1943-1945; Volume III: The Victory Campaign. All volumes bound in red cloth with gilt decoration to front boards and gilt spine lettering. Full colour frontispiece and colour map endpapers, black and white maps and plans, colour folding maps to all volumes. Light rubbing and fading to the dust jackets but overall a very good, clean set. Volume 2 and 3 are later printings.
