Twelve leaves of coated alkaline paperstock printed both sides, each image on its own pale grey-green tintblock, color artists' renderings alternate with b&w captioned photography, a very professional job. Oblong softbound, 9x13.5 inch folder bound with decorative cord, cover lettering embossed and printed ingeniously (combinations of green and gilt). Terminal leaf displays an aerial view of the Canal. Quite a nice production in nice condition: a little edgeworn with a couple marginal nicks, cord is in good shape, titlepage's lower corner has a mild smudge, text leaves might show a touch of crimping if held to light, in booksellers' parlance "very good
