Illustrated with a frontispiece and 20 further mounted colour plates by Frank Reynolds, each plate with a captioned tissue guard. An excellent near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the vellum and gilt bright with a little faint grey spotting at the extremities. One of the original silk ties is loosely laid in. The contents are entirely complete clean throughout and without previous owner's inscriptions or stamps. Light spotting to the text block edge. All plates are present as called for and in fine condition, without creasing. A lovely copy. This edition deluxe is limited to only 350 copies, of which this is number 50 and signed by the artist Frank Reynolds on the limitation page.
