An image of the dust jacket is featured in Martin Salisbury's The Illustrated Dust Jacket (p. 98), where it's noted that "Grant's design was perhaps influenced by his own experiences of Paris in 1906. "Dust jacket preserved in a removable, clear archival sleeve.
