First ed., third printing April 1943; 206 p., clean and unmarked within--but paper pocket on front end page contains printed card reading "From Miss Wilma Morton Flagg's LIVING ROOM LIBRARY Oakland Avenue Four Corners Open: Mondays Tuesdays THursday and Fridays Nine to Nine" and home-made envelope itself has listing of dates the book was taken and returned--plus even the cost of an overdues penalty. There are no call numbers, stamps or labels. Map end pages; binding firm, but front gutter is cracked. In absence of d.j., the unfaded dark blue boards with gilt lettering on green patch on spine and gilt holograph of Mr. Willkie's signature have lightly bumped corners and rubbing at crown and foot of spine.
