Signed by Paul Murphy, one of the survivor/authors, and former chairman of the USS Indianapolis Survivors Organization, on the half title page as well as his story page. Also signed by his wife and editor of this volume Mary Lou Murphy on the forward page which she wrote. There is a note with short ancestry comments taped to the front paste down, though the names are not clearly identified with this book. Volume is otherwise Fine. Dust jacket shows some creases and light edge wear. Jacket remains bright and clean, and is now in a clear Brodart protective sleeve.. Association Copy. First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good.
