Clough. The work provides an account of progress in Asia, including Persia, Iran, Turkey and Burma, alongside historical descriptions of the Ottoman Empire. In the publisher's original cloth. Externally very smart with fading to the spine and slight bumping to the extremities. Bookplate belonging to 'F. Diba' to the front pastedown with slight creasing to the front pastedown, a bookseller's label to the rear, rubbing to the front free endpaper and slight age toning to the endpapers. Internally firmly bound with lightly age toned and clean pages. Very Good Indeed
