No date, probably early 1920's. 9" x 6 1/2", paginated 56, 5-63, 5-64, 5-64 pages (being four slim volumes re-published as a single volume), [48] colour plates, Mackintosh inspired endpapers, decorated boards. Hb, appears generally a very nice copy, however page edges foxed, significant foxing to early and late pages, though not affecting plates. .
