Doubleday,, 1943.. Hardcover. Used, very good. Almost like new book in G+ jacket. Original 1943 edition, 1956 printing, 312pp, Doubleday & Co. Brick red cover with gold lettering on spine. Slightest loss of color on tips of corners, name stamp on lower page edges and inside front cover. Jacket not price-clipped (4.25), rather edgeworn with a few small chips missing, top of spine was repaired with "transparent" tape, lightly soiled by use; now in clear archival mylar sleeve. ** We are a small family business selling fine new and pre-owned books online since 1999.
