London: Staples Press Ltd, 1937. Foreword by Sir Arthur Hill. Small thick octavo, pp viii, 279, edges foxed but contents generally clean, green cloth, the spine very faded. [The author was on the Museums staff of Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, and Sir Arthur hill was at that time the Director. A nice association copy as the signature on the front endpaper is that of Stan Rawlings, Kew foreman and then Assistant Curator for over thirty years.]. First Edition. Cloth. Good.
