Soft cover has a short crease at the right front edge, a pale, yellow stain at the upper left front and another at the top right rear, mild smudging at the left front, and small chips at the spine ends but is generally clean and attractive. 32pp., illustrated in black-and-white. Articles by William F. Betterton about music in early Davenport, from bands and orchestras to the Sangerfest of 1898.
