Princeton: Princeton University Press, 1950. 1st edition. Cloth. 1st editions (1950 - 1954). 10 volume set, volumes 1 - 10. A Near Fine set in Very Good dust jackets. 8vo., each volume approximately 650 pages. Bound in very dark grey with gilt tites on the spines, in tan, printed dust jackets. The dust jackets, all originally priced at $10.00 each, have very light shelf wear, and toned spines, with the exception of volume 8, which has insect damage along the rear joint, causing fine pine-holing. All dust jackets now protected in a mylar sleeve. The index is Very Good, bound in grey wraps, with black lettering, spine and wrappers toning along the edges. Volume 1: 1760-1776; volume 2: 1777-18 June, 1779, including the Revisal of the laws, 1776-1786; volume 3: 18 June, 1779 to 30 September, 1780; volume 4: 1 October, 1780 to 24 February 1781; volume 5: 25 February 1781 to 20 May 1781; volume 6: 21 May 1781 to 1 March 1784; volume 7: 2 March 1784 to 25 February 1785; volume 8: 25 February to 31 October 1785; volume 9: 1 November, 1785 to 22 June, 1786; volume 10: 22 June to 31 December, 1786, plus The Index -Volumes 1-6, compiled by Elizabeth J. Sherwood and Ida T. Hopper. This is an ongoing project for Princeton Univ. Press, with the number of volumes currently at 47 (though mostly available online).
