About This Item

Lion Publishing, Oxford, 1995. 1st edition. Hard covers, dust jacket. V.g./V.g.. The rather poor quality paper of the main text is showing slight signs of browning at edges. A hagiography; for example, the caption to one of the photos reads "A rubber harvester and his family at Santo Antonia after their first Sunday service at which Iain preached". Still, one of the more revealing biographies of a former Director of Kew Gardens.
