Dark Blue Cloth Covers with Dulled and rubbed gilt lettering to spine on a light blue field; spine has a light crease from reading; some corners are very lightly rubbed and both upper and lower left corners on rear cover are gently bumped; book edges are lightly soiled and right book edge is rough-cut; Royal Blue Endpapers; Book Interior is clean and tight; 8vo; 856 pages; bibliography; dustjacket is protected by a mylar wrapper and is clean and bright; front panel of dustjacket has light rubbing at upper and lower right corners and a tiny closed tear at upper edge; spine panel of dustjacket is very lightly rubbed at top and bottom edges; rear dustjacket panel has some darkening of white areas from age and inside front dustjacket flap is clipped at bottom right corner
