New York: Funk & Wagnalls, 1969 Book. Illus. by B & W Photos. Very Good. 1/4 Cloth on Paper Boards. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Original 1/4 navy cloth over pea green paper on boards with gilt and blue metallic lettering and decorations. Unclipped light blue dustjacket has a floral illustration in green, yellow and black with white lettering. Some fading at edges, and some wear at top and bottom of spine of jacket. This is an English translation done by Charles Lam Markmann (the French version was published in 1962). Patanjali is considered by many to be the "father of yoga." He was a sage in India about 2000 years ago. Index..
