Chicago: Reilly & Lee, 1919. First printing (no additional printings listed). A fine copy in a tight binding, with a touch of wear to the spine ends. The unpriced dust jacket is edgeworn, with several tears and small chips at the spine ends. There are two scuffed-off spots (sticker removal?) on the front panel. In Brodart archival dust jacket protector.. First Edition. Fine/Good+.
