The jacket has a couple of pulls on the front panel, both about dime-sized, where the top layer of paper has been pulled away. There is also a little edgewear generally. Includes many photographs, endnotes, bibliography, and index; 206 pages. Inscribed by the author "To Larry" on the half title page.
