Bernhard Tauchnitz, 1901. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1901. Copyright Edition. 359 pages. No dust jacket. Quarter bound red leather with red cloth covered boards. Gilt lettering. Hinges are moderately cracked with exposed netting. Clean pages with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpaper and pastedowns. Pencil and pen markings to front pastedown. Front free endpaper is missing. Half title page is very loose. Minor red staining to fore edges textblock. Binding remains firm. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Gilt lettering is darkened. Minor peeling to spine. Minor splits to spine ends and corners. Visible wear marks to boards.
