Thornton Butterworth, 1924. Hardcover. Good/Acceptable. 1924. First Edition. 89 pages. White dust jackets with black lettering over cream cloth with gilt lettering to front and spine. Includes two dust jackets with identical illustrated design. Includes 6 colour plates, and B&W illustrations throughout. Notable foxing and tanning mainly to endpapers, page edges and text block edges. Some gutter cracking. Endpapers have strips of tanning caused by jacket. Mild wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners, with scuffing and marking across the boards. Small splits (approx. 1cm) and crushing to spine ends. Top dust jacket has been price clipped, the second remains unclipped (15s). Both have extensive tape repair; large tears and pieces missing. Notable tanning to spines, with notable creasing, foxing and soiling all over both jackets. Both have small stains (approx. 1cm), but the top has more across it.
