Illustrated with numerous drawings and portraits, facsimile of the author's signature under his frontispiece portrait. Hinges cracked, cloth moderately soiled, corners bumped, small holes sporadically in cloth, about very good. Laid in is a folded questionnaire "Application for Treatment" from the World's Dispensary Medical Association.
