new york: Charles Webster, 1885. Book. Very Good. Hardcover. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. two volume first printing set, 1885-1886, in rare green bindings with tooled compartment on spine. Has the famous four star general's shoulder strap on the spine with gold emblems on front and back of each cover(slighty faded)r. All page edges and endpapers in marbled pattern. Books have tight bindings with clean pages with all letters,diagrams and fold outs.For 130 year old books this is a very very attractive set..
