Paperback, stapled; orange cover printed with a map of the city of Philadelphia in white and cover title in black. The executive director of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission was Edmund N. Bacon. Illustrations include: a chart showing the distribution of renewal funds by program type from 1953 to 1962; a map showing percentage of the population of the city under 5 years old in 1960; and numerous aerial views of areas of change in the city. In Very Good Condition: several small scrapes on cover, primarily on back; clean and tight.
