New York: Kiggins & Kellogg, 1856. Later printing. Wraps. Near Fine. Later printing. 8 pages plus printed buff wrappers. 5 x 8 cm. String tied. A nice clean copy. Soft creasing, penciled note on inside rear wrapper. Illustrated with six wood engravings plus wrapper and title page vignette. Wraps. Title page shows publisher location as 88 John Street, but wrapper notes publisher location as 123 & 125 William St. Rear cover includes publisher advertisements. First Series - No 7. The American Antiquarian Society catalog notes publisher Kiggins & Kellogg at "88 John St. New York from 1849 to 1856" and at "123 & 125 William St., New York, between 1856 and 1866." So our example is probably an early copy at the new address as the publisher used up extra text body stock and used wrappers with the updated address.
