About the author

Linda Paden, DPT, has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and is Pilates certified in mat and equipment. Although she holds a doctorate in physical therapy, her passion lies in teaching clients of all ages and fitness levels how to use Pilates to improve their health and change their lives.
