In Three Parts. With Explanatory Notes by W Mason Esq; and Evangelical Refelections Selected from the Rev.J Newton, J Bradford, Dr Hawker and Others. To which is prefixed The Life of the Author, Embelished with Engravings." Brown half-leather and covers are well-worn, front cover is detached, separately detached is the frontis, no half-title page ot vignette title-page is present, remainder of text-block is sound and rear cover is attached. Plain Title-page and frontis gutters are darkened from previous adhesive tape and are both darkened overall with light smudges. All 9 plates (including frontis) are present but darkened. Text pages are clean but light foxing oppposite plates, light foxing to end-papers. Contains colour and black and white plates (full page illustrations). No dust jacket, as published.
