Pinkity's Pranks and other nature fairy tales Softcover - 1928

by Blyton, Enid

Description

Nelson, 1928. Second impression . Softcover. Good Condition/not applicable. Illustrator: Phylis Chase. One of the author's early works, marketed by Nelson for use in schools. This title is no. 3 in their 'Reading practice' series. A good and sound copy in the original blue limp cloth wrappers, inkstamp of a Monmouthshire infant school to the title page. Summerfield's Blyton bibliography ( Part One ) tells us that these little books are re-issues of a hardback edition issued in 1925. He mentions no further appearances. Condition is acceptable bearing in mind their life in classrooms. A little grubby and with fading and marks to the front cover. Hard to imagine that many copies survived. 64 pages, line illustrations by Chase. Approx. size 6.5" by 5". Illustrator: Phylis Chase. Quantity Available: 1. Category: Fiction; Pictures of this item not already displayed here available upon request. Inventory No: 28836. .
