London: Ward, Lock, and Co., c1880. Leather. Good Only. 7" by 4.5". None. A volume of the poetry of Thomas Hood. Edited with a Critical Memoir, by William Michael Rossetti. First Series. With Illustrations. In a black half calf leather binding with marbled paper covered boards. Externally, worn. There is some loss to the paper. Internally, binding is loosening in places. The recto of front end paper is detached. Hinges are tender. Pages are generally bright and clean with some scattered light foxing. There is an ink inscription to the recto of front free end paper. dated 1884. Good Only

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
