Bound in full-morocco by Bickers & Son.Illustrated with a frontispiece depicting the poet, as well as an engraved vignette title page. This is a collection of poetry containing the complete poetical works of Thomas Moore. Contents include the poet's odes and epigrams, with more specific headings such as 'Poems Related to America' and 'Intercepted Letters'.Thomas Moore (1779-1852) was an Irish writer, poet, and lyricist. He is most celebrated for his 'Irish Melodies', which are presented in this volume. Notable poems written by Moore are 'The Minstrel Boy' and 'The Last Rose of Summer'. Collated, complete. Bound in full-morocco by Bickers & Son. A few marks to the the boards with edgewear particularly to the extremities. Light fading to spine along with light rubbing, particularly along rear band of joints. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are firmly bound, with very light age-toning to margins and the odd handling mark. Near Fine
