Paris: D' Antoine Bailleul, 1797. Hardcover. Good +. 2 Vols. 8vo, lxvii, [1], 424p.; vii. [1], 470p. Half-titles. Bound in full mottled calf with gilt designs to spines, two red morocco spine labels, marbled endpapers. Board corners worn, and edges rubbed, leather cracked at front joint of volume 1, with burn mark to rear board, nick to one label of volume 2, leather chipped at head and heel of both volumes. Volume 1 half-title weak but still firmly attached, offsetting to half-titles and title pages, text clean throughout with minimal foxing. Text in French.
