This was most likely Wilhelm Nahlop, who was head gardener for over 25 years in the late 19th and early 20th centuries at the Schloss Britz, now in the Britz district of Berlin. Four unpaginated page of publisher's advertisements follow text. The author, Berthold Stein (1847-1899), was the inspector of the Breslau Botanic Garden. In Good+ Condition: edges rubbed; ends of spine fraying; cloth splitting over joints with tear across lower spine; foxing, heaviest on first and last leaves; soiling in margins of a few pages; otherwise clean and tight.
