All edges of book block stained red, Un paginated [viii] + 40 plates as called for. First Edition 1949, signed by Peter Scott in blue ink to half title. Please see our images of the actual book offered for sale for further details and condition. Near Fine/ VG (Book - no previous owner name or insc. Author/ illustrator signature as above. Dust Jacket - lightly rubbed to extremities with mild foxing to flap folds and reverse with a few spots showing through, no notable soiling and non price clipped - cover 42s. Supplied in a removable proprietary protective sleeve. No other notable defects to book or jacket).
