Published just before mechanical typesetting became feasible, Practical Printing contains a last summation of the art of hand composition, with unusually detailed instructions for such difficult tasks as setting music type and tabular matter. Other interesting technical chapters on "Colour Printing" and on "Machine Printing." Printed on acid free paper. Fine, without dustjacket - as issued.
