A sound copy with secure inner hinges. There is an early owner's name of S. F. Mordecai on the front pastedown. A newspaper clipping had been laid down loosely between pages 120 and 121 with some browning on the pages. Foxing to the outside edges of the text block as well as some in the interior. A few of the pages have some markings. Mrs. Cutter lived in San Francisco about the turn of the century, and she participated in Agricultural Fairs in California in the 1870s. We believe she lived from 1836 until 1914.
