A very clean very tight copy with unmarked very slightly dusty covers. A number of fold-outs of charts and maps and schedules in excellent condition. 116pp. This book takes the reader from the earliest times up to the Roman Conquest. With drawings and photographs and with seven pull-out charts and distribution maps all in excellent condition.. Soft Cover with Self-Wraps. Very Good (+). Paperback, 1940, illustrated, published by the Cheshire Rural Community Council, Chester, 116 pages with foldout maps and tables to rear.





Ex-school library copy with some stamps. Some marking and scuffing to binding, signs of wear, rubbing at edges and on hinges. A little tearing and creasing to spine. Page edges browned and a bit marked. Some tanning. Previous owner name to front inner flap, stamp to rear inner flap. The odd mark to page surfaces but otherwise quite clean, no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information.
