Coward Mc Cann, 1983-05-01. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. Signed. Inscribed (to poet and composer Rod McKuen) and SIGNED by Charles Higham on the half title page. Fine volume in an unclipped, mylar sleeved, dust jacket which has edge wear to include nicks and wrinkles, and has a very lightly sunned spine. Laid in is a book plate from the auction house stating this book is from the personal library of Rod McKuen.
