Harte as Consul at Glasgow. Invoice for the consignment of Carpet wool to McCallum, Crease & Sloan from Forrest & Co. of Glasgow on the Steamship "State of Nebraska" destination Philadelphia, with Harte's signature as the Consul at Glasgow. The upper portion of the third page with the statement and signature of Thomas Forrest of Forrest & Co. Harte was Consul in Glasgow from July 1880 until 1885.
