Paul Williams, a hippie journalist and music critic was the founder of *Crawdaddy!*, the first nationally published magazine of rock music criticism. He was also the literary executor of Philip K. Dick's estate. This is a prospectus aimed at investors promoting a new counterculture magazine *Rallying Point*, which may have published a single issue. *OCLC* appears to locate a single copy of Volume 1, Number 1 published in 1974; and no copies of this prospectus.
