New York: Harper & Brothers Publishers. Good with no dust jacket. 1908. First Edition. Hardcover. A first edition of author S. G. Bayne's account of his travels in Russia and Scandinavia, published in 1908. His experiences are shared in the form of his text, and with his blue monochrome photos. Inscribed by the author on front free endpaper: "With the Author's Compliments / New York 1908" (but without his signature). --- In full olive cloth-covered boards with a cover illustration of the author toting luggage toward a waiting ship. Volume lacks a dust jacket. --- With mildly warped boards, some age-toning to cloth and partial split near front of book (which doesn't affect the stability of the binding), else a sound copy.; Square Octavo - 8 to 9 in. tall; 64 pages; Signed by Author .
