London: John Murray, 1914. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. 8vo. Pp. 336, [10] -ads. Blue cloth with white lettering and border to the front board and gilt lettering to the spine. Light rubbing to the cloth at the corners and around spine ends and joints, with spine darkened and a bit spotty and scuffed. Paper over the hinges started but the binding is firm, text block tight, with only a little foxing throughout. A clean and tight copy.
