We are a small business who focuses on the needs of our customers. We provide quick and excellent customer service. Our business size will never exceed our ability to communicate directly to the customers who have an inquiry concern. No inquiry is too small for us to respond to. We will gladly send you pictures of a book you are interested in upon request. We conduct a final review of each book to ensure that it matches the condition listed before we ship. If we find a discrepancy we will contact the customer. If a customer should experience a problem with an order, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction. Our goal is that the customer experience is positive. We strongly prefer that a customer contact us regarding an issue rather than read about it through feedback. If a customer should wish to return an item, the customer has 30 days from the time they receive the item to return it. After we inspect the item we will issue a full refund.

Terms of Sale:

We have a 30 day return policy, with full refund including all shipping costs. We take pictures of each book before sending to ensure accuracy. The customer has 30 days after the time of delivery to initiate a return. If an item arrives damaged or does not match our description - we make full restitution. In many cases, if you initiate communication with us, we may waive this fee.

From the publisher

This collection fills a gap in the current literature in philosophy and film by focusing on the question: How would thinking in philosophy and film be transformed if race were formally incorporated moved from its margins to the center?

The collection's contributors anchor their discussions of race through considerations of specific films and television series, which serve as illustrative examples from which the essays' theorizations are drawn. Inclusive and current in its selection of films and genres, the collection incorporates dramas, comedies, horror, and science fiction films (among other genres) into its discussions, as well as recent and popular titles of interest, such as Twilight, Avatar, Machete, True Blood, and The Matrix and The Help. The essays compel readers to think more deeply about the films they have seen and their experiences of these narratives.
