New York, NY: Stein and Day, 1971. Book Club (BCE/BOMC) . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 448 pp. Tight copy with light wear on corners and spine ends. Front free end paper has small faint stain on front edge - else clean interior. Paper is slightly darkened, and top page edge has a little light spotting. Dust jacket has light chipping on corners and spine ends with two closed tears on top and bottom of rear hinge. Black background shows light rubbing, especially on flap folds. Rear flap has small light stain on upper corner.
