Flexible Leather. Good. An Act Respecting Railways, 1919, With Amendments" with Chief Operating Officer all stamped in gilt on front cover. This is probably an early rebind into the leather covers. Canadian Railway Act Chap. 170, 188 pages plus the amendments 18-24 George V, table of contents tipped-in at rear. Dark brown pebble grain leather binding, chipped at base of spine, external hinge on front cover partially split at both ends, binding is solid, former owner's notations on front endpaper and some marginalia scattered thru the text but not extensive, also some tipped in updates or revisions
