Originally published in the Railway Times and Railway Record they take to task railway managements in their treatment of employees and how this impinges on both workers and public safety. No punches pulled, names names, both personal and corporate. These letters brought together by the author in a single volume with an index in 1847. iv, 232pp - Lacks front end paper. Internal hinges cracked. Some random light foxing.
