Blanche McManus. 1905, book provides a history of the Brittany area including Loire, Cote de Nord, Nantes, etc., history, customs, castles and more. 376 pages including index, illustrated with black and white, 1 folding map, frontispiece with tissue guard, illustrated end papers. Book is Very Good Plus or better, tight and square, sharp points, with no previous owner name or bookplate. Little rubbing light corner wear. Publisher's bright clean grey cloth, portrait of Brittany woman with gilt border to front board, gilt title to spine as well. Very nice and clean copy. Top edge gilt. Protected in a custom mylar sleeve.
