London; C Gilpin, [1851]., 1851. Hardcover. Octavo. Xii, 248 pp, 24 pp advertisement section to rear. Original blind-stamped brown cloth binding with gilt titles. Cover cloth patchily rubbed & faded with very minor loss at head & tail of spine. Inner hinge weak & front endpapers damp-stained. Name & address pencilled to ffep (dated 1902) and calculation inked to rear pastedown. Very scarce.
